到了爱尔兰，手机号码是最先要办的事之一，因为银行、房东和雇主都会要。本页讲出发前能做什么、在都柏林机场哪里买卡、要不要证件、怎样用外国账户付款，以及手机账单什么时候能当地址证明。

到爱尔兰之前能办爱尔兰 SIM 卡吗？

有些网络可以。Vodafone 卖一种预付 eSIM，来爱尔兰之前就能买，落地前后都能激活。Lycamobile 用邮件发 eSIM，但必须在爱尔兰激活。An Post Mobile 只寄爱尔兰地址，GoMo 下单要 Eircode，Clear Mobile 和 Sky 要求你住在爱尔兰。

  • Three 卖一种游客 eSIM，可以全程网上购买和激活，不用去门店，但没写能不能在国外下单；实体卡只寄爱尔兰境内。
  • Lidl Connect 的套餐从付款时开始算，不是从安装 eSIM 时算，所以提前买等于为还没到的日子付钱。
  • 手机必须是解锁的才能用爱尔兰 SIM 卡；GoMo 对它的 eSIM 明确这样写，哪些网络有 eSIM 见我们的 eSIM 指南。

在都柏林机场哪里能买 SIM 卡？

Three 和 Vodafone 说它们的预付卡在 1 号航站楼的 WHSmith 和航站楼里的售卡机有卖，Lycamobile 说机场的商店和售卖亭卖它的卡，买时要出示护照。Vodafone 提醒机场的套餐价格可能不同，买之前先比一比。

机场以外，Three、Vodafone、eir（71 家门店）、Tesco Mobile（46 家门店）和 Virgin Media（5 家门店和 Harvey Norman）都在店里卖卡。Lidl 的实体卡在门店卖 €0.99，48 的卡在 Dealz 花一点钱就能买，也可以免费邮寄。GoMo 只在网上卖，Clear Mobile 和 Sky 网站上只有网上开通。

在爱尔兰办 SIM 卡要证件吗？

预付卡通常不要。ComReg 在 2024 年说目前不打算要求预付卡实名登记，Lidl Connect 说目前不需要身份验证，48 只要姓名、邮箱和密码。Lycamobile 可能要求登记。月付套餐不一样：多数会查证件、地址和信用。

ComReg 2024 年的文件是草案：它还建议网络停止匿名销售预付卡，并在网上登记完成前不激活 SIM 卡，ComReg 说会发布最终指引。Tesco Mobile 要预付用户先登录应用或绑定 Clubcard，才能在欧盟使用套餐。月付方面，Vodafone 和 Tesco Mobile 要求证明你住在爱尔兰，Three、eir、Vodafone 和 Clear Mobile 可能要押金或预付款。

能用外国银行账户付爱尔兰的手机账单吗？

如果是 SEPA 区的欧元账户，可以：爱尔兰央行说爱尔兰公司不得拒收其他国家的 SEPA IBAN，电信方面的投诉由 CCPC 处理。实际操作上，Vodafone 只在门店办外国账户，Virgin Media 要寄纸质表格。预付卡用卡付款。

  • GoMo、Clear Mobile、48 和 Lidl Connect 只收卡，不需要 IBAN。48 说接受 Revolut；其他几家没写外国卡或网络银行的卡能不能用。
  • Three 月付不用直接借记每月多收 €4.57，eir 每月 €2；eir 还要求前三张账单用直接借记，并说外国银行设置时间更长。
  • SEPA 规定管的是 SEPA 区的欧元账户，所以不适用于印度、巴西或乌克兰的账户；要问网络接受什么。
  • 如果公司拒收你的 SEPA IBAN，央行建议先指出 SEPA 条例第 9 条，再书面投诉，然后联系 CCPC，电话 01 402 5555。

在爱尔兰手机账单能当地址证明吗？

有时可以。入籍指南把手机账单算作辅助文件，AIB 和 Revolut 也收。Bank of Ireland、PTSB 和办驾照的 NDLS 不收。PPS 号的清单写的是家庭水电煤账单，没有提手机账单。账单上必须有你的姓名和地址。

  • 预付卡没有账单。Three 的员工说只有月付客户的账单能当地址证明，48 说它的收据不能加上你的住址。
  • Tesco Mobile 和 Virgin Media 的示例账单印有账户持有人的姓名和地址；Vodafone 的示例账单印有姓名。
  • 入籍时，一张话费单算 50 分，指南把只交辅助文件（比如三张话费单）列为常见错误。
  • AIB 要求近 6 个月寄到住址的账单，如果是第一张账单还要另一份证明。PTSB 可以改用社会保障部确认你 PPS 号的信。

到爱尔兰第一个月该做什么？

先用预付卡，不被合约绑住，等住址和信号情况清楚了再比较套餐。把号码转到更便宜的网络是免费的，由新网络帮你办。Lidl Connect 只接受爱尔兰号码转入，所以想转过去要先有一个爱尔兰号码。

常见问题

在爱尔兰办 SIM 卡需要 PPS 号吗？

我们查的 12 家网络都没有把 PPS 号列为要求。月付套餐查的是身份、地址和信用，而办 PPS 号本身也要地址证明。

刚到爱尔兰能办 Lidl Connect 吗？

能，只要满 18 岁并能用 Lidl Plus 应用：Lidl 说任何人都可以注册，目前不需要身份验证。套餐在应用里用卡付款，实体卡在 Lidl 门店有卖。

在机场能买到马上能用的爱尔兰 SIM 卡吗？

Three、Vodafone 和 Lycamobile 说它们的预付卡在都柏林机场有卖，Lycamobile 在那里要出示护照。Vodafone 和 Three 的 eSIM 可以网上买，不用去门店就能激活。

48 的收据能当地址证明吗？

不能。48 说收据上有你登记的账户信息，但不能加上住址，因为它不保存住址。要地址证明，账单上印有地址的月付套餐更有用。
